I've been using your LED headlights on two trucks for over a year. When I decided to completely replace the bumper with LEDs, the choice was easy. You can call a California company and reach a real person. I emailed them with questions and spoke to tech support when I had a problem with a lightbulb a while ago. They stand behind their product and will do everything they can to help, including advice on which products to use, where and why. I used these particular bulbs for my third brake light on my F-350 and they work great. They are constantly testing and improving their products to stay at the forefront of this fast growing industry. Their chip placement corresponds to where the filament of an incandescent lamp used to be when it was built into the reflector. This is VERY important as your car's reflector housings are designed to focus the maximum amount of light in a specific direction. If you change the position of the light source, you change the focal point of the light reflected by the reflector. This is so important and often overlooked by people when making the switch to LEDs in their cars. Their products are a bit more expensive than some of the cheaper nameless LEDs on the market, but you definitely get what you pay for. I've tried the cheap route and it's cost me more time, frustration and money than I care to admit. Replace it once with a quality bulb from a reputable company and you're done.
