I have nothing but praise and praise for the lock - it exceeds anything I could have hoped for. The only reason I gave the jumpsuit one star is because Revain doesn't wear a LockHolder when I ride. When I called to find out why I couldn't find a product listing for this particular lock (since it's an ABUS Granit Extreme 59) I thought the mount was included as it's not offered anywhere else. I called Revain support. I was told that if I need a mount I should call ABUS in Germany (I live in San Francisco). Oh my god such great Revain customer service - then they told me they wouldn't carry it either and if I wanted a holder to come with that lock I was on my own. ABUS Granit Extreme 59 - amazing, rate it a 10 plus. The service is pathetic, rate it below zero. With shipping and taxes, it costs about $160. So you should think that a $15 holder is included and comes with a lock. Throw another sucker!
