Very good solution for automating various Marketing operations

The best thing about this product was that it can be used to integrate with any ERP system or CRM platform (Salesforce).
It also has an API which makes integration easy as well! There are some minor issues like slow response time while using certain functions of xaop toolkit but I guess they will fix them soon enough if you keep posting your feedbacks/requests at their support forum section regularly & patiently waiting till then :) Great Product!! We have integrated sales force automation tools such Sales Force1 into our application so we could do all things related marketing activities from within one place only by integrating both platforms together via APIs provided by 'Xao'.

Pros

Very reliable service; good quality customer services ; effective solution management team i highly recommend anyone looking out something similar here should definitely give thought before investing too much money otherwise better try elsewhere.
