I have a very busy restaurant, so I have a hard time staying hydrated throughout the day. I've tried many methods, but none support consistent daily water intake. Sometimes I didn't even go to the toilet all day because I didn't drink that much water, which is really bad for my health. Then I found this water bottle. It's an ideal size of 64 ounces, which is the recommended daily water intake for people of average stature. So I only have to fill it up once in the morning and I can work all day! I'm surprised how easy it is to carry with one handle. It feels very solid and is ergonomically very well designed. It also has a hinged lid that covers the straw, making it airtight and keeping the straw clean, AND there's a locking mechanism to keep clumsy people like me from spilling it all over the place. The straw is three-piece and easy to clean, and even comes with a cleaning brush! It has become my favorite bottle to work with and all my co-workers have been asking me where I got it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
