Wheels and Bearings Stuck

Two wheels were too tight. One came off just fine with the tool provided and the other didn't. In the end, this wheel came loose, but the bearing was stuck in the axle. Then I discovered that another wheel was also stuck. I like the look of the board but I can't really work with it yet. I hope to hear from the seller about possible corrections. I'll update when I do. Update: after contacting the company they sent me another board for free that works great. I'm changing my rating to five stars because the customer service is fantastic.
