I was a bit reluctant to purchase this product as I have light colored, fine hair that breaks easily. I didn't want it to hurt him more or not work. However, I was pleasantly surprised when it worked and didn't damage my hair. Although I've found the best way to use this for fine, brittle hair is after you blow dry your hair after the shower. Then the product can start working immediately instead of waiting a day or two. It also serves to protect and restore hair after blow drying. However, I would not recommend applying it to thin, damp hair and then blow drying it. That will do damage. I would say this is worth buying if like me you have fine hair that needs a little extra treatment and is available at a reasonable price.
