Ease of use but can't report effectiveness yet

This naysayer came highly recommended to me and after the last time I emptied my tank I wanted to try something as the build up at the bottom of the tank was a large solid mass. I've been using this for a few years, but haven't bled the tank since I started using it. So I can't comment on how effective it is in the tank itself. It's relatively easy to use. I like that it's granules and not liquid. I wouldn't say he liked it, but it's not too bad and once he's flushed down the toilet I can't find any sign of him.
