Have been using for a few days now and really like the quality of the coffee brewed. You need to use a slightly coarser grind. The filter is easy to clean and the brewing process only takes a few minutes. A few things bothered me a bit. 1) As with many reviews, the lid is a bit cheap. Seems like it's going to take a long time but also that knocking over a full drink can make us fall over. 2) There is a sharp part on the rim of my beverage container. There doesn't seem to be a risk of cuts, but it could be that the glass is sealed and can cause vacuum issues. 3) There is an orange coating on the inside of the glass, I'm sure it just sprays but you would think at this price point they wouldn't have that. Honestly, if you have a good thermos, just buy a pouring strainer. Edited: Coffee Gator made an effort to fix any issues I had with the product, so A+ customer service. I use this product most days and the mug and screen are holding up well. While my concerns above remain, it's possible I just received an odd mug. As I said, I use it every day at work and it makes good coffee.
