The handcart is great, but its bungee cords are dangerous. They slip easily and sway wildly under any tension. This is because the curved ends are made of smooth plastic and have an open shape. While packing donations for charity, my wife was hit in the mouth with one of the ropes, completely tearing her lower lip open and clenching her teeth (for which she already has braces). This is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately by the company before someone else is injured or, heaven forbid, loses an eye.
