It wasn't so good at first, I got 4 channel system when I ordered 8 channel NVR system. I contacted the seller through Revain and they promptly provided the correct item and an RMA for the wrong item. Must have used express because I received it in 2 days. Then I had problems setting up the system. I had an 8 channel system from the same brand that I was looking to upgrade, so I knew a bit about the setup. It should have been easier, just plug and play. But only some cameras loaded and then the connection was lost and I couldn't get all 6 cameras to work properly. I contacted the seller again late Saturday evening and informed them that I think the NVR is defective. This started a series of 15-20 emails and replies over the next two and a half days of working on the system. Support said they thought it was a glitch because they could access the NVR and it looked fine. I still thought it was an NVR because I could NEVER turn on all 6 cameras. I ended up getting up in the middle of the night on a Monday evening and trying again before requesting a refund. In the dark I found that, strange as it sounds, 2 out of 6 power supplies were defective (at least 1 of them was my old one). connected the camera to the NVR. I've moved the camera to other areas where there were bad adapters and never used the same ones so I haven't seen a problem. and support didn't know that I connected the cameras to a different adapter when the camera went offline. After I fixed this issue everything was fine and now all 6 cameras are working and working PERFECTLY. Support was helpful and patient, always replying to emails within the hour. was very impressed with the interaction with the support team. and I am very happy with this Xmarto system. I have been using Xmarto for at least 8 or 9 years and they are always reliable and have good image quality. Night vision cameras have been working without loss of quality for many years. The first system I had 10-12 years ago cost twice as much and night vision cameras had to be replaced every 2-3 years they wore out so much.
