I was so happy with this light I even bought a second one for my son's bike. While the front light is actually as solid as you'd expect from an aluminum device, the plastic the bracket is made from feels very cheap, as it also falls apart without a bump, drop or anything. It seems to break under the weight of the light. Both headlights worked fine for me (because they work) but over the following days our headlights just fell onto the pavement when the brackets broke. I sincerely believe that the manufacturer should improve the quality of these brackets, because it's unfortunate that such a good headlight can just fall off a faulty bracket. Not much to say about the rear light, they are a dime a dozen and several different front and rear light combinations offer the same type of rear light, but they get the job done. I now have two working headlights that will most likely be used as hand lamps from now on. If the seller reads this I am ready to buy a GOOD quality mount for my lights. So if you can supply them please email me.
