I like that this platform allows me, as my business' SMB Account Manager, so much control over all aspects of our brand's digital presence; it also provides access via its API for other platforms such as social media management or email campaigns too! We are currently exploring ways in which we can use more data analytics tools within these systems but at present there is nothing wrong with them. There needs be greater communication between sales teams about how the features work together especially when they're new customers coming onboard who may not have experienced using another system before. In addition, having a better overview across channels would improve overall reporting. Having one place where you can see your online/offline performance from an integrated perspective makes daily operations easier than previous methods - so far so good!! I like that we can create our own workflows, which is not as easy with other platforms. We also have more control over content than some of the competitors. Not much - but it's great for us! If you are looking at this platform because you want to do your own thing then go ahead. It will be hard to get used to if you're coming from another system. This was an upgrade so we don't need to use any of the features in the old version anymore.
