The ability that I get detailed reports with all my chat data in one place allows me (and any team member)to see where we need help or what needs more attention from day 1! There isn't much dislike about this product but maybe some minor things like how sometimes you might not be ablet o select multiple chats when looking up reporting which would make sense if there was an option somewhere else within the app itself instead? Easy way of tracking marketing campaign performance

I love being able to see how my ads are performing in real time with metrics that matter! That's not possible anywhere else but with chatmeters analytics tool you get all this information right there without having to wait until next week when your numbers come out from Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture etc.. The only downside is they don't offer mobile apps like some others do so if someone uses an app as well (like Instagram) then those people will be missing data unless we're willing/able…

Some functionality available, room for improvement

The ability to create multiple profiles with different filters which allow you to drill down into specific demographics is very helpful when trying to get better insights about who your audience is. It's not that easy to use or understand compared to some of my other tools but I am hopeful they continue to make improvements in this area. Creating custom segments as well as using existing ones are two great features that really help in creating more targeted campaigns. Segmenting out people…

ChatMetTER- Excellent Customer Service Tool

It is an excellent tool that allows us as sales representatives in many different areas throughout California (Santa Barbara) access into all branches across multiple locations with ease! I love how easy this program makes communication between clients seamless!! There are some things we would like added but no complaints about overall functionality.
