The ability that I get detailed reports with all my chat data in one place allows me (and any team member)to see where we need help or what needs more attention from day 1! There isn't much dislike about this product but maybe some minor things like how sometimes you might not be ablet o select multiple chats when looking up reporting which would make sense if there was an option somewhere else within the app itself instead? If your business is still doing offline sales then adding video chatting into mix could really boost results as people are now so used too having conversations face2face vs just typing out messages etc..
