City Threads thermal underwear was a better brand than the others. I've even used big brands like GAP or Ralph Lauren. Fits as expected but bought 4T for my 3 year old. The reason for the increase in size is that the fabric naturally shrinks after repeated washing and drying. The thermal fabric doesn't shrink too much and the 4T fits well enough without being tight or shortening the legs and arms. In the harsh New England winters, my little one seems to be fine. City Threads is a winner for us and well worth the price. So far I have bought this brand for two winters 2016/2017 and the color options are very pleasing. Also great for pajamas or whatever the child can put on half the night before and get ready half the morning before kindergarten and work. Overall in my opinion a great purchase and a life saver for this mom. I believe this is made in the USA if that matters to you.
