This worked fine but I still had buffering and freezing. My internet is gigabit fiber and my internal wired network is 1 Gbps. I ended up returning that but found a better solution that works: all typical Fire Stick ethernet adapters are 10/100. While the USB 2.0 port on the Fire Stick supports up to 480Mbps, the 10/100 adapter is still bottlenecked and I had trouble streaming HD and 4K content. I ended up getting this 1Gb/s USB3 network hub and paired it with an OTG adapter. The Fire Stick 4K recognized this and improved performance significantly, although it's still limited to 480MB USB 2.0 on the Fire Stick. No pixelation or buffering!
