I have just received and tested this item. I love it! This allows me to be outside or next to my neighbors house without worrying about my grandmother. When she needs me, she just pushes the button. The distance is more than adequate as it transmits up to 500 feet. It will give Grandma and I tremendous peace of mind. The price is more than reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to be out of earshot of their patient/beneficiary.
