Very Disappointed!: TV & Video
I spent all day putting my desk together including installing an extra panel as a wall mount base for attachment. I asked SEVERAL times before buying if my 15lb monitor was a problem and I was SURE it would be fine. After installation, the arm immediately fell off, and after I tightened the connection and lifted it all the way up, it still couldn't support my monitor. This arm definitely CANNOT support 15 lbs. Change the specs, more like 10-11 lbs MAXIMUM! So much time and effort wasted on something I can't use!
