Terrible return policy.
The tie was smaller than expected and when I returned the item the seller charged almost the same as the tie for return so not even worth sending back and now I'm stuck with a tie that's too small.Wouldn't buy again especially after seeing the return policy at purchase and didn't say anything about returning an item became,
- CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE: Choose your size carefully: 8" is recommended for boys aged 0-3 years. Size 11" is perfect for boys aged 4-7 years. The 14" size is perfect for boys aged 8-12. Older boys should choose an adult size tie.
