Pros: Extremely dexterous, very soft leather, very stylish Cons: These gloves are excellent as long as they don't get snow. Then they are almost immediately impregnated. I understand why these gloves are great work gloves if you are only "working" in extreme cold, but to advertise them as ski/snowboard gloves is a mistake as contact with snow is inevitable! If you don't believe me, just run it under the sink for 5 seconds. Forget the 30 minute ice bucket challenge some gloves go through - just put them under the sink for 5 seconds and see what happens. It would be a lie to even call these gloves waterproof. They are about as water-repellent as a bath towel.
