Review on Cookie Tray Souper Cubes Sprinkles by James Crofton

You are great in many ways!

Very well made and thin enough not to take up much space. The included recipe is really good, but the batter is perfect for THREE baking sheets, so a set of 2. I ended up liking them so much that I ordered another set of four trays. This goes for this recipe and any others I may have. They are shaped so you can freeze a batch of cookies and once frozen place the slices in another container and use the shells for another batch. Great for getting ready for Christmas baking or just eating a few cookies at a time or for a surprise party. My only complaint is that the coloring of the topping makes it difficult to tell if the batter is hitting the top to be dumped into the indentations of the pan. I would definitely prefer not to be there. The other thing you should have is a rounded knife with no sharp edges so you don't cut through the silicone tray to remove the super-tough lid after the cookies are frozen. You won't get away with it otherwise. Just stick a knife between the lid and the tray and pry a little, and the lid will come off enough to finish by hand. See my photo. Perhaps over time they become so weak that they become unnecessary. Anyway, I love her and I hope you do too. Oh, and they make perfect sized cookies.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
