My wife and I bought this when we had a newborn in February and we didn't really know what to expect from it but we were optimistic it would let us know when the baby turns or stands still breathing. So far it has been a super positive experience. We are grateful to MonBaby for helping us learn more about the product and providing us with a ring holder for a device that we accidentally broke once or twice. The device itself is not 100% up to par. , but I've seen nothing but dedication from the folks at the company who update the app regularly and also keep us up to date with the latest news for the device. Our only issue is the battery life. We replace the battery about every 2 weeks or so and use it daily. We bought a rechargeable battery so we could use it for a while without any real issues due to battery drain. Overall we are very happy we chose this product and glad that MonBaby has kept us informed and helped us with their product. One of the best customer service experiences we've had.
