They leave more marks on carpet than table legs
I bought these because I have a penny leg coffee table. I was afraid the table legs would leave sharp dents in the carpet. However, these discs leave a more pronounced groove than table legs. Even if you move the table (ie move the coffee table closer to you), these disks will not slide with the table.
