The ease of use. It allows you to monitor, calculate and schedule the charging and discharging. You can see the status and what stage it is in, which is great! I do not like the charging speed of 10kW, it is slow. The software has been working well so far, it is easier than other energy storage units. It is simple, it has met my expectations, I do not have any complaints. We use it to store energy we generate from solar. I like that it's easy enough so anyone can install this product without having any technical experience or knowledge of how these things work together in order have them installed properly at all times! Nothing really bad about using this as an option but if you are looking into other options there might be better products out their with more features/benefits than just being able to charge when needed (during off peak hours).
