I use 2-3 capsules a day, along with vitamin D. The score is 5 points, since I have no complaints about the quality of workmanship and delivery. The rest is subjective. Has pros: The jar is sealed, the capsules are whole, the contents of the capsules do not smell of anything, it is convenient to swallow. Has cons: Did not feel the effect of the reception. The skin still dries and cracks in the cold season.
