Charging couldn't keep the power

I ordered 3 pieces. The first rainbow charge didn't work. And the pink looked like it had been used so it's not new so I went back and ordered another pink and it came in condition like the picture so I have to return it. I used mint, now fir. The first seam is good, but we'll see in a few days.

FAST CURING TIME: 48W and 20 LEDs and UV light, which can cure gel and UV gel in seconds.
