Rule #1 If you see a cape in the exact color you've been looking for the past two years and it's on sale, buy it. Even if it's July and you won't be using it for the next four or five months. I was hesitant to buy a warm cashmere pashmina winter scarf from RIIQIICHY because it was July and the temperature had been around ninety degrees for so long that I forgot I thought it was chilly. But it was a bargain and I've been looking for a hat in this shade of purple for so long that I knew if I didn't buy it I'd regret it. The poly blend is warm and cozy, perfect for a cold winter's day, and the rich purple was just the shade I was looking for. Not sure how well it will hold up to multiple washes but at this price I'll win. Don't complain if it only lasts a year.
