After receiving the "helmet" I knew immediately something was wrong. The padding inside is just a soft thin pillow. There are no shock pads, it's usually some kind of rigid foam. It's just a pillow and then a hard plastic cover. it offers no real protection. it's as good as wearing a thick hat instead of a helmet. It's even more dangerous than a knitted hat because it has a narrow brim. If you fall forward, this edge will push your head back at a sharp angle, which can injure or break your neck. This product should only be used as a fashion accessory.
