I had an Orbitkey and after a few years the screw started to loosen so I got this Northwall Thorkey. At first I couldn't find the right size for my three keys despite four screw lengths. After spending too much time installing the keys, I got frustrated and finally gave up. I wrote a negative review as the product was defective and luckily Ben at Northwall got back to me quickly and provided exemplary customer service to rectify the issue. My Thorkey organizers seemed to have excess glue in the receiving nut threads, preventing the screws from connecting securely. This was fixed with a hot swap. Thanks Ben Now with the right Thorkey I can say that this product has lived up to my expectations. Like the Orbitkey, it's a clean, non-clunky way of carrying keys that fits in your pocket much better than a regular keychain. I also prefer the leather holder to the Oribtkey holder. Thank you Northwall and Ben for getting it right.
