Does what I bought it for - holds the iPad at eye level so I don't have to bend down. After using it once for an hour I can already feel the improvement in neck and shoulder tension. What I don't like: It's too big for my iPad, so the white "border" is about 1.5 inches on both sides and 3 inches on the top where the white background is larger than the iPad. For some reason, this makes text and graphics appear smaller on iPad than they really are. I would like to buy one that has the surface that the iPad sits on and sticks out about 1/2 inch from the device. The second problem: it is inconvenient to adapt. Tip: Don't try to set it up with a connected device. My iPad dropped several times before I realized it. If everything was smaller, it would be easier to set up. But once you get it where you want it, it's pretty solid, at least for day one. The small arrows on the adjustment buttons should be light or white.
