The cheap spring-loaded plastic that hooks through the air vents is broken. Using needle nose pliers, I added a couple of zip ties around the plastic arms and through the vent to permanently attach them there. Now I'm happy with it. If you're careful, you'll get along well with the price. Find a good position on the vent and don't move it. Before installation, make sure the collar on the back is not tightened. Adjust the position and then tighten the collar. It can rotate 360°*, but install it before you install it because that's how I broke mine. I try to rotate it when it's set to vent.
