I like that it's easy, simple way of collecting customer reviews with an interface which is very intuitive! It integrates well into our website so we can see all their details in one place easily - no more having multiple tabs open or trying hard find where they are online etc!! Nothing really at this time but if you're looking then keep searching as there may be something outthere somewhere better than what i've found already. We use BUGFEEDR primarily because its integrated seamlessly within my CMS (Drupal) making management much easier when managing client accounts via bugfeedback plugin compared other plugins such has Google Forms / Surveymonkey/etc..
