BugFeedR saves me many headaches and hours each year

I like that you can choose how much information is displayed, so it's easy enough if someone doesn't want all of their info exposed online but still needs some kind of way they can report issues or ask questions about products/services used by other users in our community. Sometimes there are problems with certain browsers (like Firefox) where when using an image as part of one line text isn't clear what the link actually does - which means people have no idea whether clicking will do anything…

Pros
  • The most helpful thing for me personally was being able to select categories under each section rather than having everything be public without any filters possible whatsoever....I could go onto my own website page layout &_ make selections specific only available inside bugs feed r.....and now i think this should become standard instead...........bugfeeder made finding

Bugfeeder - A Great addition to Bugzilla and great support team

It's easy, simple interface that allows me as an admin user of my site (Bugzilla) be able to get bug reports directly into our ticketing system via email or RSS feed. I can also filter by severity so it makes things easier when dealing with issues in production environments where we are not always sure what is causing problems at any given time! The support team have been great too - they really do help out if you run into difficulties but sometimes there may just seem like nothing much new…

  • The interface is simple and easy to understand and the support team are great at helping out when things go wrong and also very helpful with suggestions for how we can improve our service

  • There is nothing I dislike about Bugfeeder it's great for what we use it for

Easy to implement and setup for clients

I like that it's easy, simple way of collecting customer reviews with an interface which is very intuitive! It integrates well into our website so we can see all their details in one place easily - no more having multiple tabs open or trying hard find where they are online etc!! Nothing really at this time but if you're looking then keep searching as there may be something outthere somewhere better than what i've found already. We use BUGFEEDR primarily because its integrated seamlessly within

  • Easy to integrate directly through your platform without needing coding knowledge; great for capturing feedback from customers who have had positive experiences while also allowing them leave comments about areas requiring improvement too..you get both ends covered here :)
