It's easy, simple interface that allows me as an admin user of my site (Bugzilla) be able to get bug reports directly into our ticketing system via email or RSS feed.
I can also filter by severity so it makes things easier when dealing with issues in production environments where we are not always sure what is causing problems at any given time! The support team have been great too - they really do help out if you run into difficulties but sometimes there may just seem like nothing much new coming up after some initial enquiries which could make one think "why bother" however this doesn't happen often enough. We use Bugfeeder mainly because its free compared to other providers such as Zendesk who charge monthly fees even though their service does include many features including custom fields etc.
