Review on Freeze Beer Glasses - 16 Ounce Freezer Gel Chiller Double Wall Plastic Frozen Pint Glass (Set of 2, Grey) by Jeff Kersey

I rated these 4 but they look closer to 3.5-3.75 to me. some more freezing gel in cups. The first one I put in the freezer I did upside down to keep dirt out of the mug while it was there without considering that the Gelnote might expand as it freezes. Hence the full bottom of the 2-3 inch cup had no frozen gel and therefore no refrigeration at what I think is the most important point. the bottom of the mug where the oldest beer is heated. :(On the second try, I froze the cup right side up. This worked better because there was now a thick frozen gel at the bottom of the cup. However, this did not cause any cooling power at the top of the cup. The amount of the gel in these mugs will stop somewhere when it's frozen. Then under the silicone band. Leave maybe 3" empty at the top of the mug of frozen cooling gel. So the frozen gel will only directly cool maybe 7-9 ounces of your 12 ounce beer. Maybe this isn't a major issue since it's the top and those 3-5 ounces will be used first and the top beer level will fall into the chill zone sooner rather than later, but that's not ideal.
