I accidentally bought two shampoos, so I didn't have any conditioner with me. So my head itched so bad I didn't wait for the conditioner. And I have to say I didn't even need air conditioning. I had a comb brush and it worked great. The next day my head didn't itch at all. It started a little later in the evening but I only used it once. I've used it twice and my head feels a lot better. I think it's worth it. I will add one thing: do not open your eyes when shampooing as your eyes will sting. I think it's from eucalyptus. That's just my guess, but I didn't get any eyeballs, they were just fumes. or smell. I will definitely continue to use it, I love the scent and its effects
