I've been using headsets at work for 29 years and have always preferred the binaural (2 earbuds) ones as they block out noise for you well and more comfortable than devices where one side is pressed against the head. It meets all requirements. I've been waiting to write a review until I've used it for a while. After 8 weeks of working from home and using it here are the pros and cons: Pros: Covers both ears with a comfortable and soft pad. Attach string to hold. loosely over the clip so you can turn your head without pulling the cord. Manual switch to mute the sound. Convenient shutdown, just like office phone systems. little of your head. I'll try to add some padding. I would give 5 if it wasn't for that. No converter for iPhone - you need to buy it separately. Overall I am a fan and would buy it again.
