Replaced factory shocks and couldn't figure out why my '06 Tahoe was so hard to ride. Then I did some digging and found that I needed different springs. If my mechanic put them on and wow what a difference! Yes, they're definitely needed if you're going to strip out the premium factory suspension that Chevy used on this car.
