Review on LetzChat by Brent Borseth

Very simple software that works great across any platform, it's free too so can't complain about price at all! The support is amazing as well with live chat help 24/7 if needed for anything related to using this product or any questions you may have regarding same. Nothing really bad from my experience when I used letzchat but maybe because it was not something major like other reviews stated. Have had no issues since we started working together more than 3 years ago now on many sites and domains around our network of websites. I like that it is easy for me as an admin of the site, to change settings when needed by just one click instead of having to wait or call tech support which can take hours sometimes. Sometimes there are issues with translation but they usually get fixed quickly within 24-48hrs. It's great because you don't have to worry about someone else translating something wrong since all translations go through us first before being published live.
