It's a fairly cheap material
Used for poles and fairly cheap plastic that breaks easily. I don't think it will withstand the sun's UV rays for long. The spool it was wound on broke and the chain eventually unwound when I tried to use it. It costs 1/3 of what I paid and is clearly the worst product.
