Here's the story: My wife gave me these glasses for Christmas and I think they will be wonderful glasses! They're solid and well made, but nothing special. Just a solid set of mugs. I gave them 4 stars for their packaging only because the bottom of one of them cracked badly during shipping. The packaging had to be good (and was good for the other three), but of course you'll never be 100% successful with glass shipping. Real 5 stars come into play with the DeeCoo Direct Seller Support. There is a card in the box that explains how to email them if something is broken and they will fix it. I obviously emailed them and spoilers: you got it right! Now I have to make this disclaimer: the emails I received were in pretty broken English, I guess either the company or the representatives aren't native English speakers. It might have been a minor inconvenience, but I could still understand them, so there really was no harm. Regardless, they really did everything they could to take care of my problems. They gave me several options for getting replacement lenses and were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. If you're looking for a good solid pair of glasses that aren't too flashy and have excellent customer service, if anything goes wrong I'd be very happy to buy them again. The worst thing that can happen when buying such a fragile item is getting a million pieces and then the seller just leaves you alone. That didn't happen with these. Accidents happen, it's inevitable, these guys will work to fix things as soon as possible. Highly recommended.
