I like that it's very user friendly for both myself as well my staff to use in managing our daily tasks of running this ministry! It has helped us streamline all aspects from bookings/attendance through payments so we are able maximize every dollar spent with ease!! We have also been given tools such as being alerted when memberships expire or if they need renewal reminders etc which helps me keep track at any time during weekdays without having someone else do these things manually (which would be overwhelming). Nothing really but sometimes you get used too something & then feel weird about switching over because its not what your comfortable doing anymore - just make sure before going live there isn't anything similar out already available otherwise will find yourself lost trying new features until everything works perfectly again haha :).
