As a mother who is always on the go, I frequently make my clothing, shoe, and accessory purchases for my boy through online stores. I only recently became aware of Motteecity, but I quickly made up my mind to give them a shot. Having said that, my experience with this online business did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, the shipment was done at an extremely snail's pace. My items did not appear for well over a month, which was not only inconvenient but also extremely frustrating. To make circumstances even more difficult, the standard of the clothing was below average. The quality of the fabric and embroidery both left a lot to be desired, especially the latter. My son complained that the shoes were uncomfortable and that they did not suit his feet correctly. In general, the products did not live up to my anticipations, and I was left with the impression that I had squandered my money. In addition to everything else that went wrong, the customer support was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. When I attempted to return the items, I was met with a lot of resistance, and they refused to give me a refund. I was very frustrated. It was a difficult situation, and I had the impression that my concerns were not being treated seriously by those involved. In conclusion, my time spent with Motteecity was not a productive or enjoyable experience. A disappointing purchasing experience was had by the shopper as a result of the slow shipping, low quality of the products, and unhelpful customer service. Anyone who is interested in finding high-quality apparel, footwear, or accoutrements for their children should avoid shopping at this online store in my opinion. Find something else to do to save yourself the inconvenience, and good on you.
