I had purchased this item to calibrate the CBN cutters on my surface and when I got the tool out to us it, it would not turn on, so I followed the instructions to replace the battery and when I did the little silver piece that makes contact with the battery fell out of the Digital Indicator. Can not return because it is passed the return date. To bad I really needed this tool.
