I chose this particular SSD based on the reviews. I'll start by saying I'm very pleased with the performance increase I've seen with this drive. I'm sure you all know that SSDs are fast, very fast compared to HDDs. To maximize the speed of this SSD, make sure you run it in AHCI mode and not IDE mode. Everything is installed very quickly. And I did a clean install. If you need more speed from your existing PC, especially laptops, this might be what you're looking for. Let's face it, most decent computers have enough RAM and a fast enough processor for general use. But if you find that your computer is still sluggish, the hard drive is probably slowing down overall performance. I highly recommend it. and the delivery was fast.
