jTask Pulse has helped us gain a deeper understanding of the issues our employees are facing. Having the ability to pull those insights into one place and then measure them against our goals and KPIs has been a real game changer for us. The reporting capabilities are also quite useful. It's a bit tricky to navigate at first so I would recommend getting some training on how to use the tool. Our organization has been able to gain a deeper understanding of our employees' issues. We know exactly where we need to focus our efforts in order to make sure we are addressing the employees' needs.
