I bought this tape to hang an artwork on the wall (the idea was stolen from my favorite blogger) but whatever I hang, no matter the size, the tape inevitably loses its Adhesion and the wall peels off. Maybe flat color would be better, but I think the bigger problem is that the tape can't support the weight of the paper. However, when you wrap the band around you I found it held up pretty well. I wrapped my house key multiple times to distinguish it from others and at this stage it lasted for many weeks despite being thrown, damp etc. I also glued the outer edge of the key. some notes in the washing machine, and despite rare exposure to moisture, this tape did not come off either.
