This is the only wax brand and formula I use now. It takes time to get used to, but once you get the hang of it, it all works well. Apply a thick layer and let dry until hard. Leaving it too short or in too thin a layer can cause it to not adhere well to the hair and dead skin to rip off easily. I recommend applying a nice thick layer for around 5-8 minutes drying time and you should be able to hold real hair well. Also heat it to a thicker consistency, too hot will result in thin layers and a stickier consistency. I have a Gigi warmer and set it on high so all the wax melts completely and then on medium for a thicker consistency.
