Came with the wrong charger and won't start.

This computer came with the wrong charger, so I had to buy an adapter for the charger port. I turned on the computer and it helped me set up wifi and then went to another screen saying something had gone wrong and needed a restart. After that I can't get the screen to exit the hardware diagnostics check screen and was asked to get a refund. Really disappointed and angry that I had so many problems with this computer.
