I bought this converter to play games on the Wii, Gamecube and PS2 as most newer TVs don't have built in component inputs. I was nervous about the high input lag but decided to take a chance and give it a try. I am happy to report that I have had no problems. There is absolutely no noticeable input lag, the picture on my 4K TV looks amazing even at 480p and it's very easy to use. The only complaint I have is that the power cord is very short, although it appears to be just a standard USB to Micro USB cable, so I think you could just buy a longer cable if that's a problem. I definitely recommend this as a great way to experience old games on modern TVs using component cables.
